SpeedCams UK is an independent information service. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@speedcams.uk.

2. Informational service

The website provides a searchable presentation of public camera-location, traffic, collision and motoring information. It is not legal, driving or professional advice.

3. Safety and accuracy

Locations, classifications, speed limits and enforcement arrangements may be incomplete, incorrect or out of date. Always follow current road signs, the Highway Code and applicable law. Do not rely on this service to determine a road's speed limit or whether enforcement is present.

4. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties as to completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for fines, points, disqualification, journey decisions, loss or injury arising from reliance on the site.

5. Data licences

OpenStreetMap-derived location data is used under the Open Database Licence. UK government datasets are used under their applicable Open Government Licence terms. Original site design, explanatory text and software remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

6. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, attempt unauthorised access, misrepresent the data as guaranteed or republish substantial protected site content without permission. Any reuse of source data must comply with its original licence and attribution requirements.

7. Third-party services

The site links to and may display data or maps from third parties. Their availability, terms and privacy practices are outside our control.

We may update the service or these terms. The revision date above identifies the current version.
